Short course
Outlook
Email is the most used tool of the working day, and paradoxically the least mastered. Most users are at the mercy of their inbox: hundreds of unread messages, attachments that cannot be found, forgotten appointments, requests left unanswered because they slipped off the screen.

Who it is for
Target audience
The course is for anyone who uses professional email every day: administrative staff, executive secretaries, assistants, project officers, managers, accountants, field staff. No particular profile is favoured.
Prerequisites
Only two requirements:
- Be able to use a computer in daily work and have an active professional or personal email address
- Have a laptop with Outlook installed, or access to Outlook on the web
No prior knowledge of Outlook is required. Participants who already use it will also get a great deal out of it: experience shows that even people who have used it daily for ten years are unaware of most of the features covered.
